Pasco School District hiring food workersPublished: July 21, 2012
The Pasco School District Food and Nutrition Services Department has 50 job vacancies to fill by Aug. 15 at school cafeterias across the county.
The positions include full-time and part-time work, entry-level and more advanced positions, including production assistants and management.
According to a district press release, many of the jobs are a good fit for stay-at-home moms who want work but need to be at home when their children are out of school, empty nesters and retirees looking for a little extra activity and income and those who enjoy the food industry but don't want to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
To view the available food and nutrition positions, visit the District's website, www.pasco.k12.fl.us, and click on the "Employment Opportunities" link on the right side of the page. To be considered, complete a district online job application and call (813) 794-2474.
