PostcardMania has teamed up with the Community Learning Center to hold a charity casino night, "Let Loose for Literacy," at 7 p.m. at 2145 Sunnydale Blvd., Clearwater. The fundraiser will include a poker tournament, casino games, a cash bar, prizes and food. For information, call (800) 628-1804.

The Artists' Faire, 111 E. Tarpon Ave., Tarpon Springs, will present a "Dog 'Daze' of Summer" event from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Canine art by gallery artists will be featured, including ceramics, painting and photographs. Photographer J. David Wright will take photographs of owners and their pooches, free of charge, from noon until 2 p.m. and there will be treats for both the four-legged and two-legged visitors. The Pastel Society of Tampa Bay's Summer Art Show will be displayed at Oldsmar City Hall, 100 State St. W., from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday through the end of August.
