New Port Richey man dies after being hit by car on U.S. 19

New Port Richey - A man crossing U.S. 19 was hit by a car as he tried to cross U.S. 19 Wednesday night.Published: October 15, 2009
He later died at Community Hospital.
Thomas Rabon Legg, 55, of New Port Richey, was struck by a silver 2002 Honda Civic around 8 p.m. as he was walking across the intersection of Green Key Road and U.S. 19 according to New Port Richey Police.
The Hondo Civic was driven by 59-year-old Thomas Dale Thompson, of Port Richey.
The crash is under investigation. No charges have been filed.
