Temperatures dropped into the mid- to lower-40s across the Tampa Bay area, making it a chillier-than-average November morning.
Those who waited until the sun came up may have missed some of the deals, but they also missed the chill. Temperatures started climbing with the sunrise and were expected to reach a high of 73 today.
More cold air is headed to the Tampa Bay area this weekend, said Leigh Spann, meteorologist for News Channel 8.
A cold front is expected to arrive on Saturday and while it likely won't bring any rain, it will bring some cool, dry air, Spann said.
Sunday will start out chilly, with temperatures dropping into the mid- to upper-40s, Spann said.
Saturday's high will be 73 and Sunday's high will be 71.
It will warm up again early next week with a high of 76 on Monday and 79 on Tuesday.
