Housing market on rise, state realty leader says

Taste of Pasco to benefit mobile medical van

Taste of Pasco on Saturday will benefit the Mobile Medical Care Unit to aid uninsured or underinsured residents. Pasco County unveiled the van at a March 22 ceremony.

Leadership Pasco is presenting the 2012 Taste of Pasco on Saturday to raise money for the new Mobile Medical Care Unit.

Foundation's culinary event raises money, honors students

Area food professionals and high school culinary students joining forces during the 2012 Evening with the Chefs, a fundraiser for the Ryan Wells Foundation.

As they have for the past six years each late May or early June, a future generation of culinary professionals will display their talents at a Clearwater Beach event later this month.

Beach to Bayou 5k 2012 coming to Sponge Docks

In a break from tradition, the 2012 Beach of Bayou 5k race, a fundraiser for Florida Hospital North Pinellas, in Tarpon Springs, will start and end at the Sponge Docks.

For the first time in its 33 year history, the annual Beach to Bayou 5k will be centered at the most famous place in Tarpon Springs.
